cQ-CoreWEBSITE AND PRIVATE ENTRY TERMScqcore.com | cqprivate.com | Private Entry Form
Effective 6 August 2026
1. About these TermsThese cQ Core Website and Private Entry Terms (the Terms) govern your use of cqcore.com and cqprivate.com (together, the Websites) and your submission of the private entry form made available through cqprivate.com (the Form).
By selecting the required acceptance checkbox and submitting the Form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not submit the Form.
Provisions relating to ordinary Website use apply when you access or use the Websites.
These Terms cover the Websites and the private entry process only.
They are not a participation agreement for cQ Core and do not set the final programme scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation rights or other obligations that may apply if you are accepted.
Any such terms will be presented separately before you incur a payment obligation or begin participation.
2. Who we areThe Websites, Form and cQ Core are operated by:
APCQ Limited
Business Registration Number (BRN): 74148434
Registered office: Unit 2223, 22/F, Yan’s Tower,

In these Terms, APCQ Limited, we, us and our refer to APCQ Limited. You and your refer to the person accessing a Website or submitting the Form.
3. Eligibility and authorityThe Form and private entry process are intended only for individuals aged 18 or over.
By submitting the Form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are acting for yourself and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
You must not submit a request on behalf of another person unless we have expressly invited that process and you have lawful authority to provide the relevant information.
4. Nature of cQ CorecQ Core is a selective, private programme. Information on the Websites or in communications before acceptance is intended to explain the programme and entry process; it is not an offer capable of acceptance merely by submitting the Form.
cQ Core, the Websites and the Form do not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice or another regulated professional service. They are not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical or mental-health assistance, contact an appropriate local emergency or qualified professional service.
Nothing on the Websites or in the Form guarantees a particular personal, professional, financial, health or other outcome.
5. The private entry processSubmitting the Form is a request for APCQ Limited to review whether to continue a private entry conversation.
It does not:
- reserve a place;
- guarantee an interview, response or admission;
- create a participant, client, advisory, therapeutic or other professional relationship;
- oblige APCQ Limited to make an offer;
- or oblige you to join or pay for cQ Core.
We may verify information, request clarification, invite a conversation, place a request on hold or decide not to progress it. Decisions involve human review. Subject to applicable law, we may decline or discontinue a request where it does not align with the programme, where information is incomplete or inaccurate, where capacity is unavailable, or where continuing would create legal, safety, integrity or operational concerns. We may not always be able to provide detailed reasons.
6. Your information and submissionsYou agree to provide information that is accurate, current, relevant to the entry request and written in your own words. You must promptly correct a material inaccuracy by contacting
receive@cqprivate.comYou must not submit:
- passwords, authentication codes or security credentials;
- full payment-card details;
- identity documents, medical records, diagnostic reports or other documents not expressly requested;
- information about another person without a lawful basis and appropriate authority;
- unlawful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or deliberately misleading material;
- content that infringes another person’s privacy, confidentiality or intellectual-property rights;
- or malware, automated submissions or material intended to disrupt or test our systems without permission.
If unnecessary or prohibited information is submitted, we may redact, restrict, delete or decline to review it where lawful and reasonably practicable.
7. CommunicationsWe may communicate with you using the email address you provide, including to acknowledge the request, ask questions, arrange a conversation or communicate an outcome.
You are responsible for providing an address you can access, checking filtering or spam folders and notifying us if your contact details change.
Email and internet communications can be delayed, filtered or intercepted.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, medical records or other sensitive documents by ordinary email unless we have expressly agreed a suitable method.
If we invite you to an online conversation, it may be conducted through Whereby. Your use of Whereby may also be subject to Whereby’s applicable terms and privacy notice. You must not record, transcribe or distribute a meeting without the prior agreement of all participants and any permission required by law. APCQ Limited will not record or transcribe a meeting unless participants are informed in advance and any required consent or other lawful basis is obtained.
8. Acceptable use of the Websites and FormYou may use the Websites and Form only lawfully and for their intended purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security or rate limits, scrape or harvest data, impersonate another person, interfere with operation, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits it, or use the Websites or Form to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access, block a submission or take proportionate protective measures where we reasonably believe these Terms, law, security or the integrity of the entry process are at risk.
9. Intellectual propertyThe Websites and cQ Core materials, including their text, structure, selection, graphics, names, marks, methods and other content, are owned by or licensed to APCQ Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Websites for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of cQ Core and, if you choose, to submit the Form. No other right or licence is granted.
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant APCQ Limited a limited right to host, copy, review and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the entry process, communicate with you, protect the process, comply with law and exercise or defend legal rights, consistently with the Privacy Notice.
10. Website information and availabilityWe take reasonable care in preparing and maintaining the Websites, but information may be updated, corrected or withdrawn. Website content may not describe every feature, limitation or requirement of cQ Core.
We do not promise that the Websites or Form will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. If a technical failure prevents submission, contact receive@cqprivate.com; a failed or attempted submission does not itself reserve a place or create a right to review by a particular date.
11. Third-party services and linksWe use third-party services to operate parts of the Websites and entry process, including Fillout/Zite for the Form, Airtable for entry records, Proton for email communications, Whereby AS for online video meetings and Stripe for payments. A third party may apply its own terms and privacy notice to the part of its service that you use.
The Websites may also contain links to independent third-party sites. A link does not mean that APCQ Limited controls, endorses or accepts responsibility for the third party’s content, availability, security or independent practices.
12. Fees, payments and StripeSubmitting the Form does not, by itself, create a fee or payment obligation. If we invite you to progress and a fee may apply, the applicable service, price, currency, payment schedule, taxes, cancellation terms and refund terms will be shown or agreed separately before you are required to pay.
Payments may be processed through Stripe. When you make a payment, you authorise the stated charge and agree to provide accurate billing information and use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
Stripe and participating payment providers may apply their own terms, authentication steps and privacy practices. APCQ Limited does not store your full card number or card security code. Stripe provides payment processing; APCQ Limited remains responsible for the cQ Core service sold by APCQ Limited. Questions about the service, invoice, cancellation or refund should be sent to receive@cqprivate.com. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation or other remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
The initial cQ Resolve fee is processed through Stripe. Any later cQ Core fees may be paid by bank transfer to the designated APCQ Limited business account, as specified in the applicable participation agreement or invoice. A bank-transfer payment is completed when cleared funds are received. The payer is responsible for entering the correct payment reference and for any charges imposed by the payer’s bank.
13. PrivacyOur
Privacy Notice explains how APCQ Limited collects, uses, shares, transfers, secures and retains personal data in connection with the Websites, Form, communications and payments.
The Privacy Notice is informational and is not replaced by these Terms.
14. No guarantee and statutory standardsWe do not guarantee admission, continuous Website availability or any particular result from an entry request or from information made available on the Websites.
Where APCQ Limited enters into a contract to provide services, any standards, rights or remedies that applicable law requires—including any non-excludable duty to exercise reasonable care and skill—continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a term, warranty, right or remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
15. Responsibility and liabilityYou are responsible for losses reasonably resulting from your unlawful use of the Websites or Form, your deliberate misuse of our systems or a material breach of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APCQ Limited is not responsible for loss or damage that is not a reasonably foreseeable result of its breach of these Terms, for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, or for failures caused by events or third-party systems outside its reasonable control despite reasonable precautions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you deal as a consumer, these Terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights available to you.
16. Suspension, withdrawal and ending useYou may stop using the Websites at any time and may withdraw an entry request by emailing receive@cqprivate.com. Withdrawal does not require us to delete information that we must or may lawfully retain; the Privacy Notice explains applicable retention and rights.
We may suspend or withdraw a Website, Form or entry request where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, capacity, programme integrity or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, responsibility, governing law and records of acceptance—survive the end of use or review.
17. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms prospectively when the Websites, entry process, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the
cQ Core Terms page with its version and effective date.
The version accepted when you submit the Form will govern that submission unless a change is required by law or we clearly ask you to accept updated terms before a later step. A material change will not retroactively create a new payment or participation obligation.
18. Electronic acceptance and recordsSelecting the required checkbox and submitting the Form constitutes your electronic acceptance of these Terms. We may retain the accepted wording or version identifier, submission identifier, date and time, and related technical records as evidence of the transaction and for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice.
You may save or print a copy of these Terms. You may request the version associated with your submission by emailing receive@cqprivate.com
19. General termsThese Terms and the documents expressly incorporated into them form the entire agreement between you and APCQ Limited concerning use of the Websites and submission of the Form. They do not replace any later written participation or service agreement.
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of that right.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person. APCQ Limited may transfer these Terms as part of a genuine reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of its business, provided that doing so does not reduce mandatory rights that apply to you.
A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce them.
20. Governing law and courtsThese Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you deal as a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to a court that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
Before starting formal proceedings, you and APCQ Limited should first make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue by written communication, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline makes that impracticable.
